Locker Freight wanted a system whereby specified customers could log on to their own secure, personalised web page to track shipments. The information displayed would show shipment contents, dates, container numbers and sizes, ship details, departure and arrival, customs clearance dates.

Using Thirty Thirty’s Content Management System (CMS) the Lock Freight office staff can enter new information or edit information already on the database to give the latest up to date information about the customer’s shipments. Office efficiency has been increased and time spent on the telephone talking to customers about their shipments has been drastically reduced as they can now download all the information they need online.
